By accessing or using the EduBricz website, ERP platforms, LMS, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EduBricz provides comprehensive educational technology solutions, including but not limited to Institution Management Software, ERP systems, E-Learning Software, and AI-powered analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Educational institutions are responsible for managing access to their EduBricz platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• Ensure that your users (teachers, students, parents) comply with these Terms.

4. Data Ownership and Licensing

Your Data: Educational institutions retain full ownership of all data, content, and information uploaded to the EduBricz platform. You grant EduBricz a limited license to host, process, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

Our Intellectual Property: The EduBricz platform, including its software, code, designs, algorithms, and AI models, are the exclusive intellectual property of EduBricz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our software.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the services to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the platform for any illegal, abusive, or discriminatory purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Access to premium features requires payment as per your subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your contract. EduBricz reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, the EduBricz platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduBricz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we will assist in exporting your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
