  • Beyond 7 Days – Refunds are not typically available after the 7-day period. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues, incorrect course content), we may review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Refund

  • Monthly Subscriptions – If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for the current month’s subscription.
  • Annual Subscriptions – If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. No refunds will be issued for the remaining term after 30 days.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Processing fees – Any transaction fees imposed by payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.
  • Discounted courses – Courses purchased during promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
  • Paid certificates – Fees associated with earning or issuing a certificate are non-refundable after the certificate has been issued.

Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course (e.g., login problems, video playback issues, etc.), please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a refund if the issue cannot be fixed in a reasonable timeframe.


Cancellations by Edubricz

In rare cases, Edubricz may cancel or suspend a course or service. If we cancel a course, you will be eligible for a full refund for the affected course or service, regardless of the time of purchase.


Payment Methods & Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If you paid via credit/debit card, PayPal, or another method, please check with your provider for any processing delays.
