Academic Management is your own communication channel and it helps people get connected with the people of the same idea and the information flow from the leader/head to the followers of a particular group.   1. Academic Management user provide his mobile phone number to create a Academic Management account. He also provide us the phone numbers in his contact list on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and the users other contacts. The user also confirm he is authorised to provide us such numbers. User may also add other information to his account, such as a profile name, profile picture, address, and other personal information such as date of birth, education and occupation, etc.
  2. All the contents viz., data, text, photo, docs, spread sheets, PPTs, videos, Phone Contacts and any other content you share with people within the groups are stored with Academic Management servers or any other servers referred in the Academic management application, however Academic Management is not interested on any of the contents posted in any of our applications.
  3. We collect information about the people and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them, such as the people you communicate with the most or the groups you like to share with. We also collect contact information you provide if you upload, sync or import this information (such as an address book) from a device.
  4. We ask permissions like Location (For GPS tracking of bus in school app, For adding any events/program location in calendar), Contacts (To synch contact names in application), Image and Video (To add profile or post) etc.. All the contents viz., data, text, photo, docs, spread sheets, PPTs, videos, Phone Contacts and any other content you share with people within the groups are stored with Academic Management servers or any other servers referred in the Academic Management application, however Academic Management is not interested on any of the contents posted in any of our applications
  5. Runtime Location Permission: The location data collected is solely used for the purpose of ensuring the safety and efficiency of the school bus transportation system. The data is utilised to provide real-time updates to parents and guardians about the bus’s current location, estimated arrival times, and any unexpected delays. School administrators also use this information to optimise bus routes and improve the overall transportation experience.

To provide accurate and real-time tracking information, our application requires access to the location data of the school buses and the students using the service. Academic management is a School ERP and LMS platform used by its customers through the web and mobile applications to improve the operations of their school. Therefore, all of our clients and other users, in general, are subject to this privacy policy. All client information is also protected against misuse and illegal access. We do not store any financial data on our servers, such as credit card information.

We at Academic management are committed to your privacy regarding any information that we collect, while you use our​ ​software applications ​that consist of various modules, and all such products, applications, websites are collectively called “Services”​.​ This Privacy Policy applies when you use our Services.

Academic management operates a web-based and mobile application called Academic management which is a part of the service that we offer.

Data Controller and Data Processor

  • Files and documents: Various files and document information are part of the information required while using any functions on our platform.
  • App activity: We may process information on the specific features, duration, frequency, and actions you take when using the Mobile Application or any of our websites to which the Mobile Application links.
  • Device or other IDs: Device data are part of account signup information that we require to ensure login to Academic management users.
  • User Data Policy:-User Images are collected and not shared. it is collected ephemerally .user can choose whether this is collected and it is for App Functionality

This information is data related to fee collection and admissions, hiring, payroll, employee information, bank account information, tax records, etc.

Other Data

To access our various services, users must create their accounts. In the process, customers submit the necessary information like name, email address, phone number, password, job title, phone number, and correspondence address.
